DataHarmony.io provides data cleaning, standardization, validation, and optimization services. We process data according to your specifications and deliver cleaned datasets within agreed timeframes.
Our services are provided on a project basis. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins.
You retain all rights to your data. We process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services and do not share, sell, or use your data for any other purpose.
Upon completion of services, we delete your data from our systems unless you request otherwise. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original data.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and business information. Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We guarantee our work quality as specified in service agreements, but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes from using cleaned data.
You may not use our services for any illegal purposes or to process data that you do not have the right to use. You must comply with all applicable data protection laws.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all work completed up to that point.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
